Stop letting unassisted machines take over your city.
It won’t end well. You want it to be one way, but it’s the other.
Very human leadership in positions of regulatory authority let this happen in their own city.
The present consensus is that no citation can be issued because there is no “driver” to cite.
In the free market, consumer choice/demand eventually influences corrections in the market.
In the public sphere, constituents hold leadership accountable for their non-decisions.
Also, people are getting freaky in the back seat. Nobody is cleaning up before the next customer.
Effective product leadership is sense-making and anticipatory.
