You ever have a principled stance about which you changed your opinion?

For a long time — like 10 years — I refused to listen to electronic dance music because it didn’t involve “real” instruments, like wind, reed, or strings.

I didn’t respect the artistry of a DJ, their ability to read the vibe of a room, or remixing talent.

But then I saw Tiësto live.

Begrudgingly, at that.

The experience changed everything.

I think about that a lot when it comes to art and AI.

Everything is a remix.
