• leadership expectation that colleagues feeling unwell stay home and rest
• flexible hours for asynchronous work
• benefits to subsidize the cost of living in the cities with office footprint

The “benefit” of alcoholic drinks on premises is ethically and morally questionable.

“Come to work and get drunk” is pretty cringe.
