What are the blockers which prevent workers — who are also parents — from commuting in and providing their labor without worries?
Think:
- daycare benefits
- 6 months of new parent leave
- 25 vacation days, plus holidays
- adult carer benefits for those in need
- COVID-19 testing and vaccination
- leadership expectation that colleagues feeling unwell stay home and rest
- flexible hours for asynchronous work
- benefits to subsidize the cost of living in the cities with office footprint

The “benefit” of alcoholic drinks on premises is ethically and morally questionable.
“Come to work and get drunk” is pretty cringe.
